What I collect

When you use the contact form I receive your name, company, email address, contact number, site location, and your answers about the work you need. Please don't include passwords, machine credentials or personal information about other people.

How it's used

I use your details only to reply to your enquiry, discuss availability, quote for the work and manage any job we agree. I don't sell your details or add you to mailing lists.

Service providers

The website is hosted by Vercel. Form submissions are delivered to my email inbox (Gmail) through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards the message and may process it to do so.

Retention and your rights

I keep enquiry details only as long as needed for the enquiry or any resulting work and business records. You can ask for access, correction or deletion at any time by emailing gretengineering@gmail.com.
